Step C10: Viewing a posterior probability density plot for an estimate
of the time elapsed between two parameters
This page presents a plot of an estimate of the time elapsed between phi
1 and alpha 2. We can see that most of the density of the plot is
around 800 to 1400 years. This suggests that the fishpond was created
approximately 800 to 1400 years after the Polynesians arrived in Hawaii.
We should now calculate HPD regions for this estimate. The "Back"
button should be selected so that we return to the format and parameter
selection page.
