Results presentation: result type selection

This page allows you to select the type of results you wish to view for a completed calibration.

This page may be accessed by selecting "Results" from the project manager list page for the project of your choice.

You should select one of:

Individual parameters. This option allows you to view estimates of the posterior probability distributions for individual parameters. These distributions can be viewed as customizable posterior probability density plots or HPD (highest posterior density) regions.
Elapsed time intervals. This option allows you to view estimates of the posterior probability distribution for the length of time elapsed between pairs of parameters. These distributions can be viewed as customizable posterior probability density plots or HPD (highest posterior density) regions.
Probability analysis. This option allows you to formulate a query to obtain an estimate of the probability that a particular scenario is true, given the present calibration results.
CSV download. This option will download the complete raw MCMC data for the project in the form of a CSV file. No additional analysis of the data will have taken place. This file can be very large.
Outlier probabilities. This option allows you to view the prior and posterior probabilities that certain determinations are outliers. This option is only available when you have defined at least one determination to have a non-zero prior probability of being an outlier.
