Definition editor: elicitation of the outline
This page allows you to define the number of groups and floating parameters
within the calibration project that you are about to undertake.
Accessing this page
This page can be accessed by clicking "Outline" on the stage bar from within
a definition editor page. The page is also shown when the software
first needs to know about the outline for a new calibration project.
Description
There are two fields. "Number of groups" allows you to specify how
many groups exist within your calibration definition. "Number of
floating parameters" allows you to specify how many floating parameters
exist within your calibration definition. The numbers you provide
must always be equal to or greater than the current number.
If you increase the number of groups or floating parameters, pages will
automatically be presented to elicit the information about these new components.
You can not use this page to decrease the number of groups or floating
parameters. If you wish to do this you should select "Groups information"
or "Floating parameters information" from the stage bar (when available).
You will then be provided with the appropriate pages from which you can
select the component you wish to delete.
